In order to register for Petra Desert Marathon, all international runners must sign up for one of the tour packages.
Like all Albatros Adventure Marathons™, the Petra Desert Marathon is designed to be more than just a race. It's also about enjoying time together with family, friends and other running-minded spirits. Spectators welcome!

Accommodation
The 6-day Petra Desert Marathon tour can be booked either as a standard package tour or a deluxe package tour.
Please note: The hotels listed below are subject to capacity restrictions, and thus cannot be guaranteed for all bookings. If for any reason participants are placed elsewhere, the hotel will be of similar standards for the respective packages.
You can find detailed information about each hotel in the subsequent sections.
Standard Package
The standard package stay the first 2 nights at the Grand East Hotel - Dead Sea or similar. The following 3 nights in Petra will be at Petra Palace or similar.
Deluxe Package
The deluxe package stay the first 2 nights at the Mövenpick Resort & Spa Dead Sea or similar and the following 3 nights at Mövenpick Resort or similar in Petra.
Extensions
Participants going on the adventure extension will stay one extra night in their hotel in Petra.
2nd night will be in either Bedouin Tent or Star Tent in Hasan Zawaideh Camp, Rum Magic Camp or similar (Both Bedouin Tent and Star Tent have private bathrooms and shower).
For the last night of the adventure extension, we'll be staying at a hotel in Amman.
